Here is great recipe for a blue punch. It would work well for mermaid parties (ocean water), baby showers, something blue bridal lunches, as well as many other great ideas!
Pina Colada Punch
I package Blue Raspberry unsweetened kool-aid powder
3/4 cups sugar
2 quarts water (according to kool-aid directions)
10 oz Pina Colada Mix
1- 2 liter bottle of sprite
1 lemon sliced (optional)
Directions- Mix the koolaid powder with sugar and water. Then mix in the Pina Colada mix and sprite. Garnish with lemon slices.

I was wondering about the octopus also...
Did you use the frozen pina colada?
Sorry girls I'm not sure how the octopus is made. I found it on the better homes and garden website. The piña colada mix was the bottle stuff you find next to the bloody Mary mix.
the octopus tentacles come from Flix Candy, and unfortunately they don't make them any more. I checked because I wanted to use them for my party.
